We know that selecting the proper destination and venue for your next meeting may be the most important aspect of providing great oversight in your role as conference chair. Due diligence and reasonable care must be taken when completing the site selection process and it is for this reason Centennial Conferences is delighted to handle the site selection process as a separate project or manage your entire conference, start to finish. It is just that important!

The site selection process begins with a consultation with you in order that we clearly understand your meeting goals and objectives. 

Centennial Conferences will conduct the research and present you with complete data pertaining to available sites, room night and meeting/exhibit space availability and all other established criteria. We will accompany you to visit the sites under consideration, assist you in developing additional criteria and offer valuable recommendations based on our extensive site selection experience. We will work closely with you and your suppliers to negotiate mutually beneficial contracts based on your unique requirements.

Since 2000, Centennial Conferences has dedicated an enormous amount of time and energy to become experts in editorial management, as it relates to the scientific conferences we manage. When contracted to provide this service, we work with the technical program to ensure that accepted papers are in a compatible format for submission to the selected conference publisher.

We are most happy to handle editorial management as a separate project or manage your entire conference, start to finish.
