NAMS/ICIM 2010 Conference Registration
All technical sessions, workshops and social functions will take place at the Oriental Mandarin Hotel, Washington, D.C.
NAMS/ICIM 2010 urges you to register by June 5, 2010 in order to receive the early conference registration rate.

- Registration categories include a free one-year NAMS Membership, the Sunday welcome reception and the Wednesday banquet event. You may elect not to include the one-year membership when registering for this meeting.
- One-Day Registrations are not possible.
- Guest Registrations include the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Banquet Evening Banquet.
- To qualify for the early registration fee, your payment -- not your payment commitment -- must be postmarked by June 5, 2010.

- Register for two workshops and receive a $200 (regular participants) or $100 (student participants) discount.
- Space is limited, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- To qualify for the early workshop fees posted above, your payment –not your payment commitment – must be postmarked by June 5, 2010.
- Should the workshops be cancelled due to low attendance, refunds will be processed 2 - 4 weeks after workshop cancellation.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payments must be in U.S. dollars. If not using credit card, all checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Please make checks payable to NAMS 2010. If you prefer to mail your registration, please download the registration form, complete and print it and mail with payment to Centennial Conferences. If you prefer to fax or email your form, you must provide a valid credit card.

PRE-MEETING REGISTRATION CUT-OFF
After July 2, 2010, registrations will only be accepted onsite at the Oriental Mandarin Hotel. Pre-meeting registration will be closed at midnight, MST on Monday, July 2, 2010. Mailed, faxed, or emailed registration forms must be received by Friday, July 2 in order to be processed as a pre-meeting registration. All registrations received following this date will not be accepted.
