Registration Cancellation Requests

Requests to cancel a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed to nams@centennialconferences.com or faxed (001-303-499-2599) to Centennial Conferences.

Pre-paid registration fees (and pre-paid optional tickets) are refundable less a US $75 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received (in writing) by June 5, 2009. No refunds will be given after June 5, 2009; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.

Registration Deadlines

Early Registration: You must register by May 1, 2009.

Pre-registration: June 5, 2009. After June 5, 2009, you must register on-site.

Registration Changes

If you need to make changes (e.g., substitute registrant, change of address) or add additional tickets to your conference registration, please email nams@centennialconferences.com or fax your request to 001-303-499-2299.

Please do not register again as this will result in a duplicate charge!
