Registration Cancellation Requests
Requests to cancel a conference registration must be made
in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences.
Pre-paid registration fees (and pre-paid optional tickets)
are refundable less a US $100 processing fee if notification of
cancellation is received (in writing) by June 30, 2008.
No refunds will be given after June 30, 2008;
however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.

Registration Deadlines
To be eligible for the early registration fee, you must register by April 1, 2008.
The pre-registration deadline is June 30, 2008. After June 30, 2008 you
must register on-site.

Registration Changes
If you need to make changes (e.g., substitute registrant, change of address) or add
additional tickets to your conference registration, please email
